The team of 3 workers labored in heat and were consistent. Breaks were limited and appropriate. Our furnishings were handled carefully and the truck packed professionally to allow a large load to fit. Unpacking of the truck was done with equal care. Price was competitive and final cost came in slightly below estimate. I will use this mover again as needed. read less

We used M & M Movers 2 years ago (I am late in posting my review but just had to come back) and just cannot believe to this day how lucky we were to find this company and decided to move forward with them despite their very reasonable quote and large promises. I have to admit that they more that lived up to their promises - the booking process, the office staff, the movers, the after-move service, this was absolutely the best professional services company we have ever dealt with in our lives, let alone movers. Moving is usually a stressful process but we will never be scared to move again (we look forward to it) and we will never use another moving company ever again and only encourage our friends and family to only go with M & M Movers for all their future needs. read less

We are still in a bit of disbelief (but not complaining!) at how efficiently and well executed our move went and how hassle-free it turned out to be!! The 3 movers who showed up - the main foreman, I believe his name was Robert, were all great to deal with; the other two guys - Anthony, and Another gentleman where respectful, friendly, polite, super professional! they knew exactly what they were doing and amazing organizational, efficient moving and planning skills. It was watching like engineering and execution in action. They had us moved out of our old house in less than 2 and a 1/2 to 3 hours and all settled in to the new place in another 2 hours, 5 hrs total when they had initially estimated maybe 6+. Best and pleasant part was their final amount which was right on and even a few $$ under their estimate from what they had quoted - with no hidden fees, nasty surprises or suddenly hiking up the price?! I was so scared that they would come up with some random higher number as some movers did (had a stressful moving experience in the past) and put you on the spot (not professional). We really valued their integrity. I had done a lot of research and due diligence on hiring movers before the move and was praying that I'd selected the right company. I had! I'm so glad I went with them. Also, Natalie was awesome during the initial booking process and answered all my questions politely, patiently, never getting irritated or curt or in a rush to hang up once they had the business. I even had a chance to speak to the owner at the end of the move who asked how things went and if we were satisfied. Britney from M&M also followed up a day before the move to ensure we were all set as well as after the move to find out how things went. We hope to be hiring them again as we may have one more final move left to do to a house within a year or two. read less

Stephen (last name/nickname Devine) and Matt were punctual, caring, fast and efficient. I would highly recommend them to anyone and everyone. Their rates were super affordable and they took extra care with my father's furniture and valuables. They loaded several large pieces of furniture (down two flights of stairs, not using the elevator!) into the moving truck with ease, unloaded it into the storage unit about an hour away, and made all of our moving stress disappear. When you're ready to move, definitely call M&M Movers and they'll take care of you. The guys in the truck AND the office staff are all very nice. 10/10! read less
